HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO COMMIT TO COACHING?
If you’re like me, you have frantically checked tasks off right before a meeting that you haven’t thought of since the last time you met a month ago. LIFE HAPPENS and we all get busy. That is why I am intentional about connecting with my clients twice a month and reaching out with podcasts, articles and feedback in between. The momentum and focus are so much more powerful when there is a relationship built with intention, accountability and commitment.

I don’t coach you on your industry, I coach you on your impact. No matter what your skill set, our coaching will focus on your habits, processes, thoughts and actions that will enhance your relationships, your productivity and your life. These three promises are delivered through two monthly one-hour calls and purposeful feedback and accountability in between. You have to be in this for transformation and upping your game for good. It's healthy to reevaluate quarterly and mutually agree that our coaching relationship is moving you in the exact direction of your success.
